All compositions or arrangements in this series are sold with
full score, a complete set of parts, and a performance license
for your orchestra.
A performance set will contain one each of all woodwind, brass, and percussion parts (unless a part calls for multiple players) and a string set of 12-12-10-10-10, plus one copy of the full score.
The performance license gives your orchestra the right to perform the work on any regular season or pops concert without further fee. You agree to list any performance of this work on your ASCAP log.
The performance license allows you to make extra copies of any part for rehearsal or performance use if needed. You agree not to lend, sell, or give copies of this music to any other organization, as per the agreement and U.S. copyright laws.
The performance license gives your orchestra permission to record performances of this work for archival purposes. Concert performances may be included on radio and television broadcasts without additional fees if the station or network involved agrees to list the performance on their ASCAP log. Any other recording usage requires a separate license from Hal Peterson Music Publications.
